The Department administers benefit programs, employment, labor relations, Workers’ Compensation, health and safety, training and development, loss prevention and risk management, building inspections, loss trends and analysis, equal employment opportunity, non-discrimination, personnel policy development, and legal and regulatory compliance as it pertains to human resources and risk management.
